Abstract
Motor vehicle maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring road traffic safety, vehicle reliability, and the economic efficiency of vehicle operation. Modern motor vehicles represent complex technical systems in which mechanical, electronic, and information technology components are closely interconnected, requiring a systematic and interdisciplinary approach to maintenance. The aim of this paper is to analyze the technological and organizational processes of motor vehicle maintenance and to present their practical application through the example of an automotive service center. The paper examines the basic types of maintenance, the role of diagnostics and digitalization, and the organization of automotive service operations with the aim of achieving high service quality. The alignment of technological and organizational processes significantly contributes to maintenance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
